I just took the IE7 update from Windows Update...and wow, I gotta say I'm disappointed.
There isn't much configurability at all, the Back/Forward buttons, and the address bar are "stuck" to the top...

if you find your IP is blocked, you'd have to copy your IP, and open each list one at a time, and paste your IP into the "Find Next" box. If your IP is in a list, it will go directly to that range.

seeds are seeds. Anyone with 100% of the file completed is a seed. The problem is, yea, if there are 1000 leechers (users without 100% of the file), those 40 seeds must distribute their pipe...

I personally have been using ClamWin. It's doing a great job. It doesn't have an active scanner though. But it's no problem to right click a file to scan it after I DL it :)

yep. when you use a proxy of any sort, the PROXY (which, would not be blocklisted) is actually giving you the information from that site. So your computer isn't directly connected to that site ;)

my guess is you have an overprotective firewall or AV running that is stopping the pgfilter from loading :< And in that case, nothing will be able to run, pglite, or pg2.

many SBC ranges are blocked because they are undocumented, or pointing to "Private Addresses" (IE: sneaky bastards :P). And well, I'd imagine there must not be residential users at/on those ranges,...

the only thing with a mobile (portable? as in, portablefreeware.com?) pg2, is you would still require ADMIN privs on the machine you are downloading on/with.

sometimes, the pg2.conf file will get corrupt, and cause the blocklists to disappear. So far, there has been no rhyme or reason behind it though....

very odd lol.
try removing the pg2.conf file, and see if that fixes it.
If that doesnt, the only other thing I can think of, would be to check your date/time and make sure they are set correct.

It's a kernel level IP filtering firewall that is programmed to filter traffic to/from "blocklisted" IP ranges.
