If you want to start over with the config
go to
start-> run - > c:\program files\peerguardian2 (most likely)
and delete the file ending in ".conf" -> (should be "pg2.conf")
that will delete...

hmm, you could run DSL (dam small linux or w/e) , it can run inside of windows. then you could run an app through DSL :)
but DSL inside of windows is sorta slow atm... as in, 99% cpu :(
