PG (for Windows), MoBlock and iplist (for Linux) can be considered like bulletproof vests. That is, they reduce the probability of you getting hurt. It doesn't mean they offer you 100% protection....

It would be convenient to have Moblock at the firewall/router, but the hardware limitations don't make it very feasible for routers with 4MB Flash and 16MB RAM.
