my ip address just changed is this normal????
my internet comcast was down for an hour or two yet my cable t.v. still worked then after everything got up and running again i look at my pg2 window and my ip is tottaly differant?
is this normal ?? |

If your Internet Service Provider offers a dynamic IP, then it is normal for your IP to change. About 2 years ago I used to be on a ISP with a dynamic IP, my IP changed whenever I reset the router or there was a problem with the ISP and my Internet got disconnected.

I have a dynamic IP. Somehow my router actually kicks me off every now and then and changes my IP.
Kinda Convenient ;) Anyways it's normal, don't worry about it. |

actually unless you're hosting something, dynamic IP is a good advantage for p2p, and you happen to have such one.

With a dinamic ip its normal! I have one and more less everyday my ip changes..
