Default AllianceP2P V1.0.7 Beta 7

https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum....orum_id=568436

This version brings a lot of fresh changes and bug fixes to Alliance. The most notable changes are:
1) "Group support" - now you can set permissions on shared folders and allow only people in a specific group to access the contents.
2) SSL now works and supports a wide variety of encryption algorithms (ex. AES 128, AES 256, DES..etc).
3) plug in support - users can now create plugins for Alliance (must know java).
4) Full DNS support and rDNS support.

and loads upon loads of bugs that where in v1.0.6 are now fixed!

This version of Alliance has fully working SSL. If turned on you will no longer be able to connect to any of your friends unless they turn it on as well.

Networks (groups) a name has been chosen (groups) so the xml file has been changed a little. If you where using groups in the past version the xml will not be valid with this version because of the name change. Heres how you can make them work with the new version.

Quote from Bastvera
"You can make it compatible by changing every 'nname' to 'ugroupname' and every 'networkname' to 'sgroupname' or maybe that was opposite."
PS. you can post buddy reusable buddy codes on http://ordway.ath.cx:5121/alliance/ if you wish to make your group public.
