Unhappy Infringement email mediasentry

I checked my ISP email yesterday and found that I had recieved a mail from mediasentry telling me that I have infringed copyright by downloading NCIS, it was the standard letter which i have seen on other posts telling my isp to take action and forward me to cbs website or nbc or whoever show it there in the US so i can watch it legally (which wouldnt work anyway as if i am out of the US it would tell me its not available in my area).

anyway my isp didnt seem too bothered about it and just said they were forwarding the mail and if i believe it wasnt me contact the mediasentry (obviously which i would never do)!!

what i'd like to know is, being in australia and not in the usa, should I really worry about this letter?

I think peerguardian was not on as it crashed halfway through the night so thats probably how they got through.

I dont want to stop downloading as i am from England and like to keep upto date with the talent shows and things from there also.

just an aditional note i have noticed mediadefender is bombarding my peerguardian like 10 every second. Im new to peerguardian so dont know much but i have p2p and level 1 and 2 activated and they update every time i go on.

any help in these issues would be great

thanks
