I am new... and cannot install moblock...
I tried to make the best out of the readme file, but I did not understand most of what was included in there...
I dloaded the tar.gz. file that did not say static in it, and ran the terminal, navigated to moblock directory and ran the make command... this is the outcome: Code:
make gcc -Wall -O2 -march=i586 -mtune=i686 -fomit-frame-pointer -ffast-math -D_GNU_SOURCE -DNFQUEUE -L/usr/include/libipq -c -o MoBlock.o MoBlock.c MoBlock.c:1: error: CPU you selected does not support x86-64 instruction set make: *** [MoBlock.o] Error 1 This is my second attempt at installing moblock in this machine, last time it was other thing, but I disregarded it and stopped trying... I am fond of this program's windows version, and I am trying hard to get it running on this machine... any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Ugh who knows who wrote moblock... Either way:
Edit the Makefile and change the -march=i586 -mtune=i686 to -march=k8 |
