Hey,

Didn't method code XS?... Also why isn't he around much any more? Or is he still around and just not showing... I'm just wondering... It would be sweet if he poped in with a whole new XS unexpected!

Method is still around however he is rather busy these days, I somewhat doubt a new XS would appear anytime soon expecially since i can't find my copy of the source files.

This is such a large project which will take a lot of time to refine which requires more than just one talented programmer so if a rebirth of the project is to come it needs to be highly organised and well looked after.

hehehe
An old website http://members.lycos.co.uk/linuxserv/ (all links on that page are dead though)

or even better LOL... Thats our Meth :D
http://members.lycos.co.uk/linuxserv/xs/

or Xnet (Most of this site is still intact including the xnet download)
http://members.lycos.co.uk/linuxserv/xnet/

Nothingface5384's p2ptruth forum (also administrated an informative site known as XS central which now sadly is also dead)
http://s4.invisionfree.com/p2ptruth/index.php?act=idx

Those are just a few things i have found thus far nothing on my HDD's, I documented a lot of stuff back in the day :)
It was also cool for me to rediscover my old XSi website design templates and mock ups hehehe... things just never went my way and hosting was always a b!tch although I'm sure if i ever did find a suitable host it would still be up to this day... in retrospect i should have just uploaded a site on lycos that way we would have had some documentation and files available plus it would have been worth a laugh or two.

Persistance and a little more research has uncovered more links to XS related sites from the past created by old timers from the Xnet/XS era.

http://www.cyberbork.tk/ - just contains various links
http://www.hostultra.com/~xscentral/ - Great source of info with so downloads (good 'ol Nothingface5384 site)
http://xscentral.coolfreepages.com/ - Mirror for the above.

Although there are very few old timers still around for the few that are enjoy. 8)

Ok I have some good news and some bad news. Bad news first still no luck on finding the source code for it. Now the good news. I was finally able to get around to downloading the zip folder fox posted. The ocx files were not in the Vista x64 system 32 folder so I just tried to run it. It worked. Only thing is it can't resolve the DNS like Mungo. I'll see what I can do with that later.
