I was downloading a file Using Utorrent.
The file had reached 100% an hour ago so i left Utorrent on to seed.
When I was monitoring my upload speed, I noticed that Utorrent says the file is still downloading at a speed of 0.3kb/sec. What could that be? why should it be downloading if the file is complete?

im not sure why its happening but i have noticed the same thing as well
cant think of any reason why it should be downloading at all

I've been using uTorrent for quite some time. I too noticed this with some completed files. I don't know if it's a bug or what but I'd say they already know about it. I have never really looked at a files d/l speed after completion but I know by glancing that this is definitely a fact. It definitely shouldn't be going that way though. It's like a false d/l(not completed) is still finishing its download. However, for the ones I have noticed doing this the files do still work so it has to be a bug in uTorrent. Thanks!

Well after looking at my Peer list I found that No peers are uploading to me, so actually nobody is uploading to me, even if Utorrent is saying its downloading, however in the peer list it shows that im not downloading off anybody, Thanks.

maybe its just the sum of all the information coming into utorrent as requests for the file
