Just add these lines to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
Code:
deb http://moblock-deb.sourceforge.net/debian unstable main
deb-src http://moblock-deb.sourceforge.net/debian unstable main
Then you can install with apt/aptitude/synaptic either the package peerguardnf or moblock.

peerguardnf is mainly the old PG 1.5 with some modifications from lestlest and me, including an script to automatically update the blocklist and start PG on system boot. Type īman peerguardnfī for more details.

moblock has the same purpose as PG but is more actively developed.

Greetings

Note that the old Gambas-GUI from JFM doesn´t have many features, you can´t compare it with Windows-PeerGuardian. The same goes to ´pgtext´.
Furthermore, if you want to use it with the Debian packages from moblock-deb.sourceforge.net then you have to do some changes first because some files have changed their location in there. I wrote something about this in the man page (man peerguardnf).

Is anyone working on a new GUI? Is there anyway I can contribute/help with it?

i don´t know of any phoenixlabs-members (correct me if I´m wrong). on sourceforge.net there´s a project gnome-blocklist. But I think it´s dead/not very active!?

I'm running the AMD64 version of the Debian distro. Anyone with experience getting PG/moblock to work with that setup?

http://forums.phoenixlabs.org/showth...ighlight=64bit

but the packages from moblock-deb.sourceforge.net arenīt especially built for 64bit.
